TORONTO, Nov. 25, 2014 /CNW/ - Hydro One continues to restore power to the remaining 20,000 customers affected by yesterday's windstorm; however some customers will remain without power overnight.
"We are now entering into the most difficult stage of our restoration efforts," said Greg Towns, Director, Provincial Lines, Hydro One. "We have all available resources working to restore power safely but advise some customers will be without power overnight. Those customers may want to consider making alternate arrangements for the night."

Hydro One strongly urges people to take extra precaution near fallen power lines. People are urged to report the location of the fallen wires to Hydro One as soon as possible. Touching a vehicle or a tree that is in contact with a power line can be fatal.
