(TSX: H) plans to release financial results for its fully owned subsidiary Hydro One Inc. for the third quarter ended September 30, 2015, on November 13, 2015 before North American financial markets open. Hydro One's management will host a teleconference with the investment community at 9:00 a.m. ET to discuss the results and outlook.
The reported results will be those of Hydro One Inc., a fully owned subsidiary of Hydro One Ltd. The company will report results for Hydro One Ltd., the publicly listed parent company, beginning with the results for the year ended December 31, 2015. Hydro One Ltd. became a public company and a reporting issuer upon closing of the initial public offering of its common shares on November 5, 2015.
