Hydro One’s customer service team heads north this week

Toronto – October 23, 2017– Hydro One’s customer service team, in partnership with the Kenora District Services Board, will be in northern Ontario this week. Customers with questions about their accounts and service, available conservation or assistance programs can visit us and speak to a representative in-person.

“Hydro One is working to increase our presence in local communities to deliver better customer service,” said Warren Lister, Vice President, Customer Service. “We are changing as a company and we’re committed to improving customer service and our relationship with our customers.”
