TORONTO, May 4, 2017 /CNW/ - Hydro One Limited, in accordance with Toronto Stock Exchange requirements, announced the voting results from its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held earlier today in Toronto, Ontario.
A total of 490,914,398 shares representing 82.51% of Hydro One Limited's issued and outstanding common shares were voted in connection with the meeting. Shareholders voted in favour of all items of business put forth at the meeting, including the appointment of KPMG LLP as its external auditors, the advisory say on pay vote, and the election of all director nominees as follows:
